These terms govern the profit-sharing agreement between content creators and collaborators on YouTube video monetization. After reaching the required view count established by YouTube’s monetization policies, profits generated from advertisements, channel memberships, Super Chats, and other monetization features will be shared as follows:
1. **Profit Percentage:** Profits will be divided based on an agreed percentage 20%, typically reflecting each party's contribution to content creation, promotion, and overall engagement.
2. **Payment Timeline:** Payments will be made on a monthly basis, following YouTube's release of earnings. All payments are subject to verification of total earnings.
3. **Content Ownership:** All parties must acknowledge that copyright ownership of the video remains with the original creator unless otherwise agreed. Collaborators will not claim ownership over the content.
4. **View Count Verification:** The required view count must be verified via YouTube Analytics, and only views after monetization approval are eligible for profit sharing.
5. **Amendments and Termination:** This agreement can be amended with mutual consent. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, but profit-sharing for already accrued views will remain binding.
By engaging in this profit-sharing arrangement, all parties agree to adhere to the terms set forth herein.
